Project Manager Requirements:

Outstanding leadership qualities, interpersonal presence and management skills
A minimum of 3 years of staff management experience
5+ years experience implementing software solutions
3+ of project management experience in a software development environment
5+ years of software development experience (ASP, and/or .NET a plus)
Stellar analytical and communications skills (both written and verbal)

The ideal candidate will have experience with business analysis and project planning and management and will have solid customer service skills.

Other requirements:

Proficiency juggling multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation
Ability to build and maintain reference-able customer relationships
Ability to provide leadership in developing skills and breadth of knowledge of project team members

.NET Developer Requirements:

expertise in one or more programming languages
proficiency in relational database design and SQL
good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, both written and oral
A minimum of 5 years paid professional software development experience
ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL
